Commercially Pure Titanium (CP) Scrap
Pure titanium or, as it is often referred to, ‘CP’ (Commercially Pure titanium) is titanium with a minimum purity of 99%.
The most common grades of pure titanium are grade 1 and 2. These grades are available as ingots, bars, plates, strips, wire, or other forms and find their applications in aerospace and automotive industries to name just a few. Titanium Alloy Scrap
Titanium alloys are mixtures of titanium and certain other elements. They combine low weight, extraordinary corrosion resistance, and the ability to withstand extreme temperatures.
The titanium alloy of most common use is grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), which is the so-called workhorse alloy for aerospace applications. It offers a combination of toughness, high-strength, ductility, and good weldability. We purchase solid titanium alloys of all grades, in all shapes and sizes. Titanium Sponge and Turnings

Ferro Titanium (standard grade)
Ferro Titanium is an alloying agent, mainly used in the steel production for deoxidation and degassing purposes. Standard-grade Ferro Titanium is the most commonly used, comprising around 70% titanium.
Ferro Titanium is produced from bespoke Titanium scrap and iron. The alloy is praised for its corrosion resistance and its strength-to-density ratio. It is highly reactive with nitrogen, oxygen, carbon, and sulphur and forms insoluble compounds which can be sequestered then.
Ferro Titanium (Bespoke specification)
Our customisable manufacturing process allows for bespoke-specification Ferro Titanium to be produced. Customer requirements on elemental composition, such as aluminium, vanadium, nitrogen, carbon, or oxygen content can be accommodated.
Our bespoke Ferro Titanium is manufactured to ensure that the composition of trace elements or impurities matches our customers requirements. A careful selection of highest quality titanium scrap, and the application of advanced production techniques can guarantee conformity to your specifications. Ferro Boron
Ferro Boron is used as alloying agent, to improve hot workability, hardenability, creep resistance, and neutron absorption. It is produced from boron acid.
